Sweet Whey Powder - 25KG

Whey Powder is a creamy white free-flowing powder manufactured from freshly separated cheese whey that is concentrated to around 60% solids by vacuum evaporation and then spray dried using a two-stage drier.
The Whey Powder is manufactured from milk that has been pasteurised at least 72.2ºC for 25 seconds. The liquid whey is concentrated under vacuum heat for a further 84ºC for 15 seconds before spray drying. Sodium polyphosphate (E452) may be 
added as a processing aid (sequestrant) at a maximum addition rate of 1.0775%
