We are unable to expect returns of food products, unless faulty for quality control reasons.
If a product is faulty it must be returned within 48 hours for a technical investigation.
We kindly ask you to send images of faulty products to: CustomerSupportTeam@kentfoods.co.uk
Refunds will only be processed pending the outcome of the technical investigation from our technical department, and investigations from our transport delivery team.
