Returns
If you’ve ordered something by mistake or just had a change of heart, then let us know. If the goods haven’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel the order and arrange a full refund.
Faulty products and damaged products must be returned to our depot for a technical /customer service investigation.
We kindly ask you to send images of damaged or faulty products to: CustomerSupportTeam@kentfoods.co.uk
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if we receive evidence of the product fault or the product arriving as damaged. For damaged goods deemed unusable, replacement products will be arranged for you.
Faulty products and damaged products will be refunded once we have the product returned and the investigation has been concluded.
Please ensure to include a picture of the label on the box if the product(s) are delivered in a box by courier.
In all cases, damaged and faulty goods should be reported within the first 48 hours of receipt.
Delivered goods deemed to have arrived as damaged should be brought to the delivery drivers’ attention where possible.

Unwanted Goods

Returning Unwanted Items
- If you wish to return an unwanted item, please send it back to us at your own cost.
- To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in a clean, unused, and saleable condition.
- A deduction of £6.50 per returned item will be made from your refund to cover the original delivery charge.
