We accept most major credit cards. We will ask you to provide your card number, security code, expiry date, issue number (Switch only) and the name and address of the cardholder upon checkout to process payment.


All prices on this website change regularly in line with our costs. Kent Foods Limited reserves the right to change, cancel or refuse any order where the listed product prices are found to be inaccurate at time of purchase. 


As most food products are VAT free, our prices are set without any VAT added on (apart from a handful of products not deemed by the UK government to constitute tax free status; this only applied to some food additives such as Cremodan and Citric Acid, which do attract VAT at the standard rate.)

Delivery Terms

Please allow 3-5 working days delivery lead time for your order to arrive. Orders taken after 2pm (GMT) on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Special delivery instructions to leave goods in a 'safe place' is done so at the customers own risk. This is also down to the discretion of the delivery driver.

Carriage Rates

Standard Delivery is free to UK mainland customers if your order totals more than £150. For orders under £150, standard delivery is charged at £12.50.

Additional Shipping Costs apply to the following areas:

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3;

Channel Islands; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Scilly Isles.

We are unable to expect returns of food products unless faulty for quality control reasons. If a product is faulty it must be returned within 48hrs for a technical investigation. Refunds will only be processed pending the outcome of the technical investigation.

* Please note that undamaged goods cannot be returned if we’ve ordered the goods from a supplier especially for you.

Items Out Of Stock

If for any reason, a product you have ordered has become out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to inform you of your new delivery date and/or offer a suitable replacement. 


The company must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise a damages claim can not be accepted. Goods should be examined on arrival. If boxes are damaged then the delivery note should be signed as such. Unexamined goods should be signed as unexamined on the delivery note. Please note, damaged goods cannot be credited or replaced if they have been used.

If any items are missing, please report this within 7 working days from date of order. Please provide details of the item which is missing along with your order number and delivery address.

 In order to confirm any shortages, we’ll conduct an investigation by way of cycle count, proof of delivery, weight of consignment, number of boxes sent and reviewing CCTV if necessary. Throughout the investigation we will remain in contact with you to answer any questions or queries you may have about your case.

 Any evidence found during the investigation will be sent to you along with our decision on your claim.

 Please note that if we find an item to be missing, we may ask you to sign a form from one of our carriers in order for us to report this with them.

Special Offers

Kent Foods Limited may run special offers from time to time. Offers will be limited to 1 per customer unless stated otherwise. Multiple special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promos or special offers unless stated otherwise. Money off vouchers will apply to the goods value only and cannot be used towards shipping. Free shipping offers are for standard UK mainland delivery only.

Kent Foods Limited reserves the right to cancel, refuse or withdraw any special offer without notice.
