Dark Brown Muscovado Sugar has a fine grain texture which rapidly dissolves in sauces and beverages. It can be used for chocolate-based preparations and in brewing applications as it adds texture to liquids.

Dark Brown Sugar has a relatively high percentage of molasses and can replace white sugar and molasses in brewing applications.
