Report a damage

You can use our online service to let us know if one of our products you've received has been damaged.

To report a damage email us at customersupportteam@kentfoods.co.uk

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item/s
  • A photo of the product packaging
  • A photo of the delivery packaging including the shipping label

Please see below for an example of the delivery packaging including the shipping label details.

The photographic evidence should include (1) images of both internal and external packaging, (2) the bag of product that is damaged, (3) a closeup of the label on the box clearly showing the shipment number.


Please note: Damages need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery as per our terms and conditions. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before a member of our team has contacted you as we may need to arrange collection.
