Well, it’s been a fun journey over the last 3 months. Kent Foods have invested heavily in the Kent Foods Direct division – the website side of the business, giving it more focus than ever before. We’ve sharpened our range, freshened up the website design and have added much more useful and helpful information, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg as it is also about what’s behind the scenes in terms of its functionality that makes it much better, making it more tailor-made for you, the customer. We’ve selected a good compromise of products to suit all customers but one of our key assets is being flexible and if there is a product that you don’t see, give us a call or drop us an email at and we will be more than happy to source it for you as the group has thousands of products available. Just too many to put on the website!

Kent Foods Direct continue to enjoy the benefits of the group’s extensive nationwide coverage in the UK; the multi-temperate controlled fleet with 250 tonnes daily capacity, the 230,000 square feet of chilled and ambient storage space at depots strategically positioned in Daventry, Bristol, Leeds, Lewes and Edinburgh, and the Kent Foods’ transport and warehousing system used nowhere else in the UK. We have also agreed a deal with DPD, our new partners, to complement our coverage.

  • Navigation tools to compare products, filter and search
  • No order too small as there is NO minimum order quantity
  • Delivery to anywhere in the UK

Whilst we hope you enjoy the new and enhanced website experience, and are confident that you will, that doesn’t mean to say we have lost the personal touch. In fact, we have expanded our customer service team who are always there to help 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Why not give us a call…….we always take time out to speak to each and every customer, be it existing or new, with our friendly, “people-first” attitude. Our after-sales service is second to none.
